Appreciate your driver

Its important to remember that even drivers are human to and the quote " you get more with honey..." Goes along way.
I met a driver who definitely lives his job and is one if the types that goes above the call. I recently returned from mat leave to work at a new location and have been trying to figure out the fastest route to work and home and to the sitters. One day I said to the driver is the 7b coming soon, he replied get in and I'll share a secret with you, lol hesitant I did. He let me know that it was faster to take his bus and not be waiting in the cold and he was right I shaved 15 mins off my travel time. He could of just said yes and not inquired where I was headed and went on his way.
I tweeted @grt_row and thanked him, the next time I saw him he kept me know that at a meeting he was recognized for his great costumer service.
I also tweeted and email suggested that the family day pass should be also available Saturday's and that was changed recently!!!
I am absolutely happy right now and will continue to notice and give recognitions when due.
